The requirement.
Suppliers had to qualify by 28 October 2026 and complete migration by 7 May 2027. Under the Balancing and Settlement Code, a supplier that misses qualification cannot register new meter points until it qualifies.

What we delivered.
We led and governed the programme across planning, design, build, testing and go-live readiness, covering programme and project management, business analysis, change management, migration and data engineering.

The outcome.
Retail qualified in April 2026 and went live in May. Business and wholesale qualified in June and went live in July. Both qualified months ahead of the industry deadline.
