Governance had to align with the client's enterprise framework and be in place for a programme mandated for delivery in 2027.

A data governance operating model with named owners and stewards, data quality rules and KPIs, metadata standards in Microsoft Purview, reporting, and knowledge transfer.

The outcome.
We run the capability as a managed service, sequencing delivery and managing the governance backlog. The client has expanded the scope since the original award.
